Fall Winterization Service Plan
Signing up online does not guarantee service until acknowledged or confirmed by Mulligan’s staff. Pre-paid labor is non refundable.
You will receive an email with your scheduled time approximately one week in advance.
Mulligans will not be responsible for freezing temperatures prior to our arrival.
Winterization will not be scheduled until prepayment is made.
Customers with new sod installed after September 1st, 2026 please call our office to sign up for the winterization.
It is not required that you need to be home, but the water to the irrigation line must be turned off. Garage access is preferred.
Price increase to occur on 9/28/26. $145 Online - $160 via phone.
